Summary: The location is the biggest thing Obertal has going for it. It is perfectly located within walking distance to all of downtown. The rooms are clean with basic amenities, nothing fancy, and the beds comfortable enough. My son liked the complimentary waffle breakfast. My biggest challenge was parking in the center courtyard. There is barely enough room to maneuver into and out of your parking spot. All things considered, this hotel is recommended for its location and cleanliness, not its glamour.

Summary: Pretty indifferent reception then finally made It to the room and the maid service had not taken the garbage out. The condo has a full kitchen and the whole condo reeked of old garbage. The guy at the front desk did come right away and take care of it . That was a relief.
